ClosR, the freelance closer platform

External sales work without the blind spots

Hiring a freelance closer is only the start. Companies still need to choose the right person, share the context of the mission, and understand what happens once the calls begin. Closers, on the other side, take on missions with patchy briefs and no clear view of how their results are being read.

ClosR keeps that work in one place without asking a company to replace its CRM. You can see how ClosR works step by step on the platform itself.

How it works

1

Share the mission

A company describes the offer, its sales context and the type of closer it needs.

2

Choose the right closer

Closers apply to relevant opportunities. Companies review their profiles and select the person they want to work with.

3

Run the work together

Appointments, outcomes, monthly declarations, messages and reviews stay connected to the mission.

4

Keep the bigger picture

Each side gets a shared view of performance while the company keeps its own CRM and sales process.

Frequently asked questions

What is a freelance closer?

An independent salesperson brought in to handle the closing calls on an existing offer. They are not employed by the company: they work mission by mission, usually on commission or a mixed fixed-plus-commission arrangement, and take over once a lead is already qualified.

Is ClosR available in English?

No. ClosR is a French-language platform serving the French market. This page describes it in English as part of the Weissgerber portfolio; the platform itself is entirely in French.

How are freelance closers usually paid?

Most commonly on commission, as a percentage of the deals they close. Some missions add a small fixed retainer to cover ramp-up. The right structure depends on deal size, sales cycle length and how much context the closer has to absorb before the first call.

Does ClosR replace my CRM?

No. It sits alongside it, covering the part a CRM does not: finding the closer, agreeing the mission, and keeping both sides looking at the same results. Your pipeline and sales process stay where they are.

Can I use ClosR today?

ClosR is in early access. Companies and closers can join the waitlist and will be contacted as places open up ahead of the public launch.

Who built ClosR?

Antonin Weissgerber, an independent developer who also publishes Vitae, TravelBudget and Forma on iOS, and the web tool MoatCheck.
