Privacy Policy

Forma is a workout generator and recovery tracker for iOS. It generates personalized training sessions based on your recovery state, and all your workout data remains private and under your control.

Data Stored Locally

Forma does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information. All data you enter is stored locally on your device only. We cannot access this data and it is never uploaded to servers we control. This includes:

• Workout history and completed sessions
• Exercise logs (sets, reps, weight)
• Muscle group recovery status
• Equipment and preference settings
• Progress statistics

Your workout content (exercises, sets, reps, weights) never leaves your device unless you choose to export it yourself.

Analytics

Forma may collect anonymous usage analytics to understand which features are used and how the app can be improved. If present, this data does not include your workout details, exercise logs, or any content you enter. Analytics use anonymous identifiers that cannot be linked to you personally.

In-App Purchases

If Forma offers a Premium upgrade, this purchase is handled through Apple's App Store. Apple processes all payment information; we do not see or store your payment details.

Third-Party Services

Forma contains no advertising networks, no social media SDKs, and no cross-app tracking.

Permissions

Forma operates with minimal permissions. It does not request access to your camera, photos, contacts, location, microphone, or calendar.

Health Data

Forma does not integrate with Apple Health or HealthKit. Your workout data is stored only within the Forma app and is not shared with other health apps or services.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete workout history or reset statistics within the app. Deleting the app removes all local data permanently.

Offline Operation

Forma works offline for core functionality. You can generate workouts, log exercises, track recovery, and view your progress without an internet connection.

Children's Privacy

Forma is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

Updates to this policy will be reflected with a modified date above.
